FUNCTIONS, COMMUNITY AND PRIVATE EVENTS



Our facilities are used by a range of local clubs and organisations.  The large lounge can seat up to 200 people, while the dining room can accommodate 45 people for meals or functions.

The Otaki RSA and Community Club has a number of regular commitments for the members and their guests, so contact the Club Manager on 06 3646221 to discuss availability and also restrictions on use at various times, that may apply.

A extra wide TV screen allows presentations and slide shows to be shown.

Functions

Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, 21st, anniversary or any other event, the Otaki RSA has the perfect venue.

We can cater for events large or small:
• Up to 45 people seated in  the AbelSo Restaurant
• Up to 120 people seated in the Hall
• 150 people easily accommodated in the Hall for stand up event
• Smaller rooms are available for meetings, product launches etc

 

The restaurant and hall can be decorated to suit the occasion.

Our facilities include:

•  Generous stage for live entertainment

•  Jukebox

•  Large dance floor

• Extra large wide-screen TV

• Wifi system for announcements

• Outdoor patio and sunny lounge

 

Our catering staff will design a menu to suit your needs and your budget.

 

Our rooms are used by groups like Lions, Amicus (Probus), funeral functions, weddings, and birthdays.

Some recent events have been the Centenary of the Club, Hogsnort Bulldogs, and Drag Bingo.

The facilities are open to the full community, and not restricted to Club Members.
